Sal’s Sandwiches

Sal’s Sandwiches is a fictional Sandwich bar based in Brooklyn, New York. The fictional owners were inspired by travelling to Italy and finding Deli’s serving amazing fresh sandwiches. They also had a strong love for Italian-American sandwiches in New York. They decided to open a Sandwich Shop and Cafe in Brooklyn, combining these two loves.

The main font ‘Poplar Std Black’ pops and goes well with the large sandwiches on offer. A traditional Green was chosen to match the hand-made vibe of the place, and cream for the coffees. The hungry sandwich character and set of eyes are fun and give the rest of the branding some character.
